Digital Marketing Manager

Job Classification: Temp to hire full-time
Compensation: $23-26/hr

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our clients' products, services, and brand. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving measurable results in digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns.
  5. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  9. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


  • Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in analyzing data to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation in digital marketing.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are desirable but not required.
