Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Compensation: $23-28/hr
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines creative graphic design expertise with strategic digital marketing proficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design aesthetics and digital marketing trends, with the ability to create compelling visuals and effectively execute digital campaigns across various platforms.
Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print assets including social media graphics, infographics, banners, email templates, and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and convey the intended message effectively.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in analyzing data to drive insights and decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation in digital marketing.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are desirable but not required.
