Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco make up the core of our client base. Healthcare systems, home builders, construction and trades companies, nonprofits, ag businesses, professional services — if it exists in the Tri-Cities, there's a decent chance we've worked with one.
We know this market. Not in a "we ran a few campaigns here once" way — in a "we've been in the room with your competitors" way. If you're a Tri-Cities business, you don't have to spend your first three meetings explaining local context. We already get it.

Prosser, WA
Cougar Digital's founder, Travis Hartliep, grew up in Prosser, left for a bit, and came back to raise his family here. (The wine probably helped.) Our main office is here, and so is a lot of our community involvement — local events, organizations, youth sports, the kind of stuff you only do when a place actually means something to you.
We've worked with Prosser nonprofits, tourism organizations, and wine and hospitality businesses throughout the Yakima Valley. Small town, but not a small client list.

Cougar Digital grew up in Eastern Washington. Between Prosser, the Tri-Cities, the Yakima Valley, and Spokane, we've built real client relationships across this side of the state — in healthcare, construction, agriculture, nonprofits, and more industries than we can reasonably list here.
We also work with businesses throughout western Washington, including the Seattle/Tacoma region. Different market, same approach: clear communication, honest strategy, and no pretending we know things we don't.

Cougar Digital took the time to get to know our firm and our marketing goals before shooting any video. This made the video production process smooth and efficient. A short time after the shoot, their rough draft clips turned out to be nearly perfect final drafts, requiring very little input from us. They have an impressive creative and production team who strikes the right balance between respecting the time of their customers and getting the customer exactly what they want.

Travis and the Team impressed me as having great listening skills! I had them create a website and the main priorities were SEO, Responsive across all devices, Reasonable loading speed and the Contact Info was responsive so it’s easy to place a call or send email. They surpassed these objectives and did a great job of matching the graphics with the content on each page. Very punctual and professional and we’re sensitive to my schedule also. I was impressed by the way all Team members signed off before launching as a measure of quality control. Their values are put into action and not just on a plaque in the office.
