Tour Prosser
Building a Reliable Visual Library for Tourism Marketing
Tour Prosser, the tourism arm of the Prosser Chamber of Commerce, needed a reliable library of high-quality photos that truly reflected the community they promote. Their team had been relying on old event shots and one-off images, which made it hard to support social content, tourism campaigns, print materials, partner promotions, and their newly refreshed website. They needed cohesive, current visuals that captured Prosser’s real personality across seasons, events, and everyday moments.
Marketing Challenges:
-
Outdated images that didn’t match current events, seasons, or community experiences
-
Limited variety for social media, digital ads, and tourism campaigns
-
Inconsistent and/or low-quality visuals across platforms and partner materials
-
Gaps in coverage for restaurants, outdoor activities, and wine village experiences
-
A new website that needed stronger, more on-brand photography
The Challenge
Capturing Prosser Events & Culture Over an Entire Year
Prosser had strong tourism assets—major events, a lively downtown, wine experiences, restaurants, outdoor recreation—but none of it was being captured consistently. Outdated visuals made it hard to keep marketing fresh or cohesive across social, campaigns, visitor guides, partner materials, and their refreshed website.
To fix that, we built a strategic, multi-month photography plan designed to capture Prosser the way visitors actually experience it.
We absolutely loved working with Cougar Digital on the launch of our new website and throughout several incredible photo shoots. From start to finish, their team was creative, responsive, and truly understood our vision.
Our Solution
A Strategic Photoshoot Over Five Months
Our solution included six focused shoots to create a cohesive, year-round tourism photo library the Chamber can use across every marketing channel.
The Results
A Versatile, Long-Lasting Tourism Photo Library
By spreading the work across six shoots and multiple seasons, Tour Prosser now has a versatile, on-brand image library they can use anywhere—social media, digital campaigns, partner promotions, visitor guides, print materials, and their refreshed website. The visuals finally match the personality of the community and the professionalism of their marketing.
The new library gives the Chamber what they were missing before: consistency, variety, and enough authentic imagery to keep content fresh without scrambling for assets. It speeds up production, elevates every touchpoint, and gives Prosser a stronger, more unified tourism story to share year-round.
